Frank has been a leading player in UK and international lateral partner recruitment for many years having been responsible for 100s of team moves, office openings and partner moves at all levels. Frank is the founder and Chief Executive of V&P Global.

Sophie advises on strategic recruitment in Europe; the Middle East and Asia for UK and US law firms. She joined V&P in 2010 and has focussed on senior level hires in the Corporate and Finance spaces, advising on Partner and team moves in Europe and the Middle East. She also has particular experience in the Energy and Infrastructure sectors. She is a French speaker and graduated from the University of Sussex with a degree in English Literature and French having also spent a year studying at L’Université de la Sorbonne Nouvelle Paris 3. Sophie is very keen on all aspects of assessment and cultural fit to ensure that the right hire/move is made and completed a Masters in Psychology (MSc) in 2015 to further her understanding of people and organisations.

Anaïs is a bilingual French national. Having trained at La Caisse des Dépôts, the national public bank, she gained a good understanding of business and finance and joined V&P Global as an associate in 2015. She has worked on a wide range of search mandates and, with an excellent network across Paris; Brussels and London, she works with international firms looking to grow their existing teams in Continental Europe as well as for firms opening new offices. She has hired partners / teams in International Arbitration / Disputes, Finance, Antitrust / Trade, Corporate and IP.

Fran advises on searches in the private wealth and real estate practice areas. This interest in private wealth and real estate dates back to her Law degree (LL.B) when she realised that she particularly enjoyed the equity & trusts, family and land law modules. This, plus an interest in people, people strategy, and organisational development led her to develop a career as a head-hunter. She works in the team responsible for some of London’s largest private wealth moves in last few years including the move of an entire private client department and a significant family team. She has developed a diverse practice working with prominent UK and international firms to succeed in making their strategic private wealth and real estate hires.
