This top 50 US law firm has a global restructuring and insolvency team who acts for clients with complex cross border requirements (both contentious and non-contentious).
The team advises on distressed debt, special situations, insolvency, restructuring, corporate recovery, liquidation, turnaround matters, distressed M&A etc. acting for a range of creditors and debtors including investment funds, PE houses, shareholders, companies and creditors.
The team is global and acts for clients with cross border interests however there is a gap in Paris for someone to build a greenfield team.
You would have global clients with French law needs to work with plus support from ancillary teams such as real estate, PE and disputes.
