We are working with a global law firm looking to hire a UK Head of Litigation to lead and develop a fast growing commercial disputes offering.
The firm has a large transactional practice with a particular emphasis on private equity and has seen substantial growth in revenues and profitability across the UK and Europe.
Following this substantial transactional growth, their disputes team is now in the optimal position to grow in the UK which remains underweight in comparison to their significant offering in the US, but smaller in Europe and Asia. They would like to significantly strengthen the team in London, starting with the hire of a new dynamic leader to provide strategic direction and to build out the team in the UK and then look towards Europe and Asia.
The incoming partner would be given the mandate and have the full support of the management team to establish and grow the practice and form the long-term strategy for the disputes practice across Europe.
