Our client, a top 30 US law firm, with global coverage across Europe, the US, Asia and the Middle East is looking to develop a greenfield Tech, Data Privacy, IT & Cyber practice out of their Paris office as part of a wider strategic development across Europe and because of increasing client need in this rapidly growing legal space.
The partner and its team would be working closely with the global team as well as with the other Paris services.
The global team is based in hubs across the US, Europe, Asia and the Middle East advising clients on complex, cross border matters, working hand in hand with the sector teams covering life sciences and TMT. There are still significant opportunities to be developed from the client-base and the management see a strong French law offering as integral to continued quality client provision as well as to developing more work.
The Paris team is well established in the French market. The 25 partner full service offering have particular strength in areas like corporate, life sciences and IP and media, which will dovetail with the new hire and create opportunities.
You would be joining a collegiate firm with excellent opportunities coming from the network as well as with strong local teams to work with. The firm is looking for someone with a vision of how they would want to develop a Paris team with this support.
