Natalie trained as a lawyer and practised in both private practice where she was an equity partner for a number of years and in-house. She has experience advising on regulatory law (including SRA compliance) disputes and employment law matters. At V&P Global, she leads the lateral hire due diligence team and works with Law firms, in-house legal teams and senior lawyers.
